SereniBrain follows a simple loop: measure the signal, process supported patterns, and change the feedback during practice.
Forehead electrodes record very small voltage changes at the scalp. A stable fit and reliable skin contact matter because movement and poor contact can introduce noise.
The app processes the incoming EEG signal into supported frequency-band information and session metrics. Processed feedback is not the same as a clinical EEG interpretation.
Audio or visual feedback changes during practice, creating a cue that helps the user notice distraction and gently return attention to the session.
Users can start with a simple session summary, then explore supported frequency-band information when they want more detail.

SereniBrain is a consumer wellness product. It does not read thoughts and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition. Consumer EEG has fewer channels and a different purpose from clinical EEG systems.
